Bharti Airtel, India’s largest telecom services provider, is offering three Wi-fi plans with up to 350 GB data in 100 Mbps speed and unlimited calling at Rs. 899, Rs. 1,099 and Rs. 1,299. These plans from the Sunil Bharti Mittal-led company come amid Reliance Jio’s disruptive data offers in the telecom sector. While Jio is already offering 4G data with free voice calling benefits to mobile customers, it has also launched a low-cost Wi-Fi router, JioFi, which is available at Rs. 999 and Rs. 1,999.
Here are the details that you must know about Airtel’s Wi-Fi plans:
Airtel’s Rs. 899 Wi-Fi Plan
The Airtel plan offers an internet speed of 40Mbps along with unlimited local and STD calls. The broadband data is 150 GB. Being the cheapest plan, it does not offer bonus data or a data roll over facility.
Airtel’s Rs. 1,099 plan
This Airtel, which costs Rs. 1,099 per bill cycle, offers an internet speed of up to 100 Mbps, says Airtel on its official website, airtel.in. The broadband data offered is 250 GB. Unlimited local and STD calls are available in this plan too. One is allowed to use the data rollover facility and a bonus data of 1,000 GB is valid till March 31, 2018.
Airtel Rs. 1,299 plan
The internet speed of this Airtel plan is 100 Mbps. Broadband data offered is 350 GB and the data rollover facility is available. A bonus data of 1,000 GB is valid till March 31 next year. Unlimited local and STD calls are available in this plan too.
